Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Oh, why is my blogger all in Chinese?
Anyway, I got inspired by Valr, so I decided to prepare lunch for my siblings yesterday. Haha. Moreover, my mum was very sick. She was down with a fever of 39 deg and we all thought it was dengue fever. So yeah! My Creamy Mushroom Pasta was a success. I didn't use those ready-made pasta sauce because I couldn't find any without onions and garlics. So I decided to make the sauce from scratch. It's NOT difficult at all. Just cream cheese whisk with milk and then cook it with parsley. The sauce looked decent enough already. Note, I used ''looked''. Well.. It tasted a bit blend, though I tried add some vegetable stock. I guess some salt is necessary. The instant mash potato is amazing! All my siblings are quite young. And you know, young kids hate broccoli, carrots... They love mushroom though. Mash potato just improved their appetite. Plus... Hiak hiak hiak. I made them hungry first. HAHAHA! Evil sister.
Yup. I went to buy my groceries and other stuffs in Sheng Siong and I was walking around the fresh fishes and meat side to look for mock mutton. I don't know why I went to look into this red plastic tank, and I saw many many many. I mean really MANY FROGS. Ewww. They are damn big. You know the advertisement about the frog and crocodile porridge? YA!! IT'S THAT FREAKING BIG. I immediately had jitters and I really froze on the spot. YUCKS! I'm really that afraid of frogs. yucks yucks yucks.
I got irritated when tuning my guitar. I'm really wondering if the problem lies in the tuner. I had to tune it every other day and just yesterday, the 3rd string snapped. Just when I started to play some decent tunes. Avril Lavigne's Keep Holding On is nice to play. Plus it has got enough meaning for the performance day. And the performance day has been brought forward by 1 week. I gotta run down to Bras Basah soon to get a new string.
Alright. I gotta rush for tuition now. Next week I'll be making Oreo Cheesecake. It's a promise to a suffering ah bing ge!
