happy national day!

HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!

Sadly, it rained. But still.... Happy National Day! Went for the preview last Saturday and it felt good singing the national anthem and taking the pledge again. The last time I seriously sang it was way back in Sec 4. :/

Yep, true enough. The rain didn't dampen the spirit of this joyous occasion. Although I often wish the country could be more fun with more places to go, it is definitely a good trade-off for the safe and peaceful environment which I very much feel grateful for.

The parade was awesome! Kent was on tv marching behind the state flag. I wouldn't have noticed if haosy hadn't mention to me last week. Oh! Thanks haosy for the preview tickets last week! Had an impromptu meet up with him and the both of us were hunting for somewhere to sit down and chat around tampines mall at near 11pm. So we settled at Han's for a nice slice of cake. Really great to see you after so long! Hope Kent and you will do well for A's!
