Today,felt so fresh for the whole day. During maths lecture,for the first time i feel like im learning something. I feel like there's a great future ahead! "That day" is over And many great days are ahead! After school,rush back home then back to damai for npcc. Gosh! She brought the most annoying person i've seen--Ridhuan. Gawd..For the whole day,he has been ranting this phrase:
If you fail to try,you try to fail
And he just gets so friendly with you,until as if you've known him for years. He's a great guy in inspiring people with his quotes and advices. I used to think i had inspired cadets with my inspirational speeches and counselling talks. However,after today,I feel that I've got loads to learn from others too. Yes,I want to inspire others. And light up the torch in the hearts of the cadets, called PASSION. One thing that i'm very proud of today. I organized a mini prize presentation for the graduating sec 4 NCOs. Today is their last training and i designed some certificates to acknowledge their hard work. Although,many people thinks that this batch is not a very good batch. But their hard work and contribution are obvious. Just that things don't always work well for them. Whether they are good or not,we,the instructors and NCOs (Y2K4) should appreciate the wonderful POP they made for us last year. It's a night,that i'll never forget.

How kiat,Amzar,Wen Jie,Wani and Meng Hui. No matter what happens,I want to let you guys know that i've never given up hope on you guys. If you remember what i told you last year during March,that you guys do not have much time to contribute. Today is your last training,you may continue to contribute as instructors or CI/WCI in the future,OR your time for contribution ends today. If you guys questioned yourself whether you've made contribution. My answer to your question is YES. I've got eyes to see,ears to hear and hearts to feel. I know it very well in the bottom of my heart. For those sec 5-to-be NCOs and future instructors or CI/WCI,improve yourself and the sec 1 and 2s. You guys surely have the potential. I 1000% believe in you guys.
(FOR AMZAR AND WENJIE,IM SOOO SORRY TO LEAVE OUT YOUR NAME DURING THE PRESENTATION. I REALLY DIDNT DO IT ON PURPOSE. PARDON ME!!) I hope NPCC will have a place in your heart. I'm proud of you guys and i want you guys to know that you are the fruit of my hard work. i love you guys!! Got any problem with studies can call me anytime. (Though i got OFFF.. for common test,but that doesn't matter,haha)

CI/WCI-hood is never easy. But you guys did a great job! Im proud to say damai has got great CI,WCI and a greater OC! I'm beginning see a bright future for damai npcc!
