Had a loooong chat with old man today. We exchanged many views regarding leadership and I learnt a lot. When he told me about ......., I was angry and upset that very moment. So much so that tears welled up at the edge of my eyes, guess he felt bad breaking the news to me as well. However, upon hearing to his reasons for doing so, with a bit of understanding, I felt much better. It's not the fame that we're working towards, it's the cadets' welfare, how much they learnt that we're targetting. We don't need others to tell us how good we are, most importantly, we must know where we stand.

Shouldn't feel angry for that 3 minutes, as rash as usual. I must change on that. Now that I feel happy and relieved, that we've got a really good leader.
